Started in London. Built for the AI era.

GTMBench is the operator platform inside Omnitech Capital — a London-based, AI-native GTM holding group. We started it because the way companies hire GTM leadership was broken for the moment we're in: full-time executive searches take six months, the fractional market is hit-and-miss, and almost no one was placing operators who could actually run revenue and deploy AI. So we built a vetted bench — pre-qualified senior operators, an operating system behind each of them, and one accountable commercial relationship.
